just a lurker here, but I figure some of you might be interested in some of this...

according to the PDF brochure at the following link, the light sources in Microvison's PicoP Gen2 Display Engine are/will be: Red 638nm, Green 516nm, Blue 450nm lasers

additionally, according to the agreement announced (link below), Pioneer will be developing the RGB "laser light source module"

and further, I have collected a number of photos from CEATAC which show what that Pioneer laser light source module actually looks like. not sure if you can tell from the photos, but it's possible that the laser diodes are not in a standard TO-38 package, but something even smaller... good to know if someone's trying to harvest these...
