I need some help with ebay. Paymate won't verify my account until i get my first transaction. I don't want to sell something expensive then get "denied." So will anyone sacrifice a dollar to help me? You'll need an ebay account and a debit/credit card.PM me for details.

Basically paymate, similar to paypal, want's you to verify your account by sending you 2 small deposits. You check your transaction statement and then use the deposit amounts as a code to verify that you do in fact have access to said account.
They will not however, send you the deposits before you have made at least one transaction.
That is all he needs help for, I tried but only have a paypal account. I'm guessing they have a somewhat hostile marketplace relationship as paymate refuses to accept paypal payments.
Whew! try saying that 140 times fast ;)
Could someone with a credit card or a paymate account buy his "test sale item" (0 ohm resistor on ebay)? Just "make an offer" of 5 cents and he will have his one transaction. I'm sure he would leave you a +rep point for helping a laser brother out too!
Thanks guys!

P.S. BUMP!

I don't need a paypal transaction, I need a credit/debit card transaction. I WILL NEVER USE PAYPAL AGAIN!

I don't trust paypal with more than $50 at once. I bill everything from my bank account, and use paypal as a routing service.

They can freeze those transactions too and take your money. Use visa reloadable prepaid cards. Google checkout for personal transactions.

I don't trust google any more than I would trust paypal....
That is one company that got way too big, way too fast to be legit
I pm'd lava about a couple of boosts and lenses mentioning something along those lines... I guess he gets that a lot because he never replies :P
Google, yahoo, paypal, visa, etc. are all doing completely illegal things with no recourse because they can. Exxon was a good example, what was it, 30 million bucks they were supposed to pay from all of the lawsuits? No one hurt by the valdez spill has ever seen a penny. It's cheaper to keep it in the courts and break you than it is to pay out.
