I know you will probably think im a nood for asking this but will those goggles protect me from 5w 450nm (blue) laser? Therse nothing on the sides or top saying what its OD or nm and power range is.

do you think welding goggles would work just asking not gonna use themThose look like very cheap Chinese goggles offered for ~$5.00 each. I would not trust my eyes to them, especially when using a 5 watt 450nm laser. Try looking at Survival Lasers for goggles rated at specific optical density and wavelengths that they cover. I might trust those goggles if I were working with a 50 mW blue laser, but only maybe and not with much confidence.
will these work they have the proper ratingsNo. You need real laser safety goggles. Even then you should never test your goggles by shining the laser at your eyes with the goggles on. They are only meant to save your vision from an accidental strike by a laser of a very brief period of time.
