Excellent! I just completed one of these also. Mine is not waterproof however - kudos on that. Looks like a lovely pointer.

with no smoke and from a very low angle pointing AWAY from me I can see the beam at night..... I have a power tested 7mW that does the same thing- and Im fairly sure its 650nm so I dont know MB im doing it differently from you guys? :-/ Oh I was outside at the time but it wasn't raining or foggy....

yeah my first protoyype leaked and then the dot got all distorted and the lens was all yucky- so this one is extra waterproofed lol ;D



yngndrw & chido thanks ! Im working on a second with a push button at the back instead of the twist on/ off... the module is too small to fit a green into so It'll have to be red again :(

I was going to build a second but it looks like jake 21 has his eye on my second case so im sending it to him cos Im a nice person :)
