Hurry,hurry, 1W green diode on eBay

Seen this on ebay:

I e-mail'ed her and explained about "green diodes".
I felt sorry for her because she only has 1 feedback. Somebody probably told her it was a "green diode"
Or she/he is a scammer :thinking: (But I doubt it, generally scammers have lots of + feedback on small items then get you with a large $$$ item:cryyy:.

I also sent them a message. Hopefully we'll see what kind of information they have on it and make an assessment. My guess is it's an IR diode.

Seller- "My bad it is a pump and it emits green light. I got it from mitsubisi
during an overstock sale where I bought a lot of different diodes and pumps"

but what the hell, he says it emits green light, I sent him another message, just clarifying that this SINGLE diode by ITSELF produces green light? That's what he claims.

NO.. all he says is

"This is a brand new 1 watt green light laser diode. It is very powerful. This is an industrial laser diode and it will burn."

He doesn't say it emits green light. I'm 100% sure it will be a 808nm pump diode... trust me... you will not get a green diode from anywhere near $50.

Edit: just had a quick look.. looks like a 9mm 1 watt 808nm diode from the cut on the side of the diode and he diodes head size.
