Joe at hacknmod informed me today that they now don't have the 18mm GITD O-Rings that I ordered from him 14 days ago.

He emailed me several times to let me know that they shipped and now 13 days later he informed me that he is refunding me and that the rings in fact did NOT ship.

Just wanted to let others know that this happened.

I don't like to complain but to tell me that an item has shipped and then tell me 13 days later that it has not, is not ethical to me.

Nope. Doesn't matter if it's an item worth $.2 cents or $200 bucks.

Telling someone they shipped their product when they know good and well they didn't, is highly unethical.

It amazes me how company's can really do this and think there is nothing wrong about doing so... Either that or they simply don't give 2 shits.

Like I said, I'm not one to complain but the fact that he told me over and over again that it shipped and knew that it didn't upset me.

But it just goes to show, if this guys gonna lie over a couple dollars worth of o-rings just think if you bought a $1,000 piece of laser/equipment from this dude and he pulled that crap.

Ya, like I said I wouldn't have come to the forum with it, but he told me he shipped more than once, made me wait over 13 days, and then tells me that it didn't ship.

He did in all fairness refund me, but still I wanted to let others know about it in the forum as a heads up.
