How trustworthy is o-like?

Hello, i was thinking about ordering this laser from o-like : Power Rock Green laser Torch 200mW /Focusable&Waterproof [OLPRGL200] - $129.99 : Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce

What i want to know is will it actually get to me?(i live in USA Virginia)
Would it really be 200mw like it says?

It will not necessarily be 200mw like O-like says. It may be lower than that. If you want power guarantee, buy from Lazerer.

in my experience, there customer service has been above average, the only time i raised an eye brow was when i bought one of their 500mW 635nm diodes and it said there were 4 in stock and then 2 weeks later i got a email from them saying their shipment for those diodes hadn't come in yet.
