How To Tell A DIODE Laser From An LED?

Hey Team! Thanks for the help.

I am looking at a number of laser lipo machines but suppliers warn that some manufacturers just use LED's.

How can you tell if a machine has a diode laser or a LED?

I just leaned that LASER was an acronym, so obviously this is way above my head.

Can anyone help?

What is a "laser lipo machine"?

It can't possibly refer to anything regarding "Liposuction", logic would dictate.

And just as a general advice, aiming a visible laser at your body, if sufficiently powerful, will hurt a lot. If not, it's doing precisely nothing.

I hope you're not falling for some "Miracle" technology that just takes people's money.
