How to make DIY HeNe PSU?

Anyone have any thoughts or links?
Specifically for this tube which is supposed to use this PSU
I wanna make an awesome laser lamp like jayrob and I think it would give me even more DIY awesomeness to make the PSU myself

good choice on the he ne tube! these are very bright and have lots of exposed plasma. i could sell you one for half the price.
