How to make a Driver laser?

Untill today i just bought drivers to connect to my diodes. But now, i'm trying to learn how to build it by myself using cheapest components that i can easly find online (ebay or amazon).

Is there anyone expert who knows exactly how to build a laser driver step by step and could kindly help me?
