How to give rep +/- from a mobile

It has always been problematic for me to give or take away rep from my mobile, however forum member ChaosLord has shown us the way thanks buddy:thanks: I would suggest trying it on his post there and rep him for this small little jewel that eluded me now I can simply rep folks from the toilet, Oh joy.

I just gave it a try; it works great. Gave ChaosLord some well deserved reputation!
With this method I can now leave comments when giving rep from a mobile device.

Well it did!! Today it wont work for me. The second page gets about half way open then closes again. I simply hate that phones create a whole different internet than a PC and hinder ones ability to function half the time. So many things get passed by because phone won't do it. Another thing my new phone won't do my old did was play embedded videos. Where oh where are the product testers and proof readers anymore ?????
