How to cancel order from wicked?

I've waited enough for the laser from wicked imaginary lasers
I'm going to cancel my order and order a much better laser from a much more trustworthy O-like. :banned:

My question is: how do you cancel your order from wicklasers?

I think:
Send an email to support@wickedlasers.com
Put: "cancell order #xxxxxx" in the subject line
and in the body of the email indicate that you want to cancel your order and you want your money refunded.
I'm sure you have already tried to call them at 877-952-7377, right?

Go to sales@wickedlasers.com in the subject line put CANCEL ORDER #XXXXX and in the email tell them that you want to cancel your order and use your order #.
It worked for me and several others.

call the credit card company to perform a charge back and send in the email to request cancellation order...

I almost forgot I placed an order for an E2 from Wicked back in December. I never heard word-one from them after I placed the order. What's their shipping time like? Perhaps I'd be better off canceling my order, too.

Someone recently got their E3 Lunar, so it seems they're shipping stuff. Usually their shipping (after it's left the facility) is really fast.

I ordered a Arctic in November and it arrived 46 days later. Not bad as they are trying to catch up on orders and given the fact that it can take about 2-3 weeks for something to come from China.
