You put a large drop of solder on the end of your iron, wedge the pick underneath the PCB, touch the drop of solder to all three pins at once (which melts the solder on the pins) and use the pick to lift the PCB right off. All told it should take less than 2 seconds to remove it, and this method will give you the cleanest results.
