How much memory does your phone have?

Here's something different for a poll, how much memory your phone has. this includes SD or SDHC cards.

My AT&T Tilt has 256mb + a 6gb SDHC card. I've made this poll a multichoice, so you can choose your phone's memory and the phone's memory plus the SD or SDHC card if you have one. I've also allowed users 5 minutes to delete their vote in case they need to re choose.

also, there may be confusion between which to choose, for example i have 256mb up there twice, (64mb - 256mb, and 256mb - 1gb) but keep in mind usually the memory is a bit under what it really says. 256mb is really equivalent to, idk, 214mb or something. So if your device has 256mb then choose 64-256. this goes for the rest.

my phone has *no* memory.

kinda sucks too since all my text messages and phonebook etc are all stored on a 64kb SIM card... :-/

not really a big deal for wallpapers, games, ringtones, etc, since I think those are all a waste of time and money... I have a proper digital camera for when I want to take pictures, and I have a 60gb ipod for when I want to listen to music.

hahaha PAYING for wallpapers games and ringtones?? MONEY!? that was a LONG time ago that i actually payed for software.
but now, i have probably $1000.00 worth of software + games on my phone. i payed NOTHING for it all. i would never pay for software lol, hardware i have payed for, my screen protector and 6gb micro SDHC card.

The reason i like having a phone that can do everything is so when im on the go, i have everything right there with me, in 1 device. i dont have to worry about bringing everything else, forgeting anything.

He probably means that a phone with those features is a waste of money to him. Some people don't need a camera on their person all the time. And don't die if they can't play games , listen to music or watch TV in some moment when they're bored and not at home and just need a phone to comunicate.

I've got an old phone with 847 Kb of internal memory and extendable... thats why I failed to download a 455Kb game :-[ and lost 5$ ...

that's horrible!
i remember when i downloaded a game once, and it asked me if I would like to instal, but somehow i backed out of that, and then i had to re download it again.

if you call your carrier and say you had a problem downloading a game but still got charged, 9x out of 10 they will immediately refund it for you.

I worked for Cingular/AT&T and our policy was any time anyone called about ringtones or games or subscriptions we would cancel and refund them no questions asked. I've had people call with $300 worth of ringtones and say "Oh, I didn't like them, can I get a refund?" and 99% of the time, we would process a credit. (it did take a full 30 days to refund though.)

maybe i should call them now and tell them 3-4 years ago i downloaded some ring tones i didnt like, but i was with t-mobile at the time, now im with AT&T. too late now, if i could go back in time the first thing i would do is refund those ring tones (although there are many more important thing i could do if i went back in time)...i should make a new topic about "what would you do if you could travel back and forward in time"

I have a 64MB microsd card plus whatever is in the phone itself. I have a digital SLR and a camcorder I spent $1000 on so I don't need the video/photo functions of my phone. My phone has the ability to play FM radio or other music but I don't use those functions. I wish I could find a phone that allows custom ring tones with bluetooth connectivity and nothing else.

I like having custom ring tones that way I know when I'm being called. I have chewbacca set as my ringtone right now. LOL. THe bluetooth is nice so I can use my car stereo as my wireless device instead of those goofy looking bluetooth headsets.

well basically any old motorola phone you can have custom ringtones, expandable memory is even better for that. and most of them support bluetooth. most nokia phones allow you to set custom ringtones for each person, as well as bluetooth. But on my last 2 Windows Mobile phones in order to use custom ringtones for each individual person i believe you needed to have the person saved on your phone memory, not sim memory, but dont count me on that, i dont know for sure...

I just got a new phone a few weeks ago. It's almost impossible to find a bluetooth phone that doesn't have a camera and other stuff. I'm not a real big fan of flip phones which makes it even harder.

The expandable memory is nice. It isn't a must have for me though.
