How do i this laser into a burning laser?

Just bought a green laser, and is 200mw as it stated on it.
But how do i make it into a burning laser? I see all the laser has a screw to turn, but mine does not have it. Please help!!!

If the laser was really 200mW, it would already burn.

You cannot turn a weak laser into strong laser. If that is possible, all lasers would already be made powerful in a factory

If you want a burning laser, you have to buy it, from a good seller.
