How do I get LPF to stop sending me emails when someone replies?

It's really annoying, because I've gotten around 100 emails all from LPF saying SOMEONE HAS REPLIED TO YOUR THREAD!

Messaging and Notifications
Default thread subscription mode
-- choose -- "No Email Notification"

And to remove existing subscriptions:

UserCP
List Subscriptions
Select the ones you don't want
Choose "Delete Subscription" from the drop-down menu at the bottom and hit Go
