How do I get a refund from Wicked Lasers before the order was shipped?

OK, I purchased a 20mW Evolution Pro with goggles just two days ago.
Right now, I want to refund it because I've just found the GREAT 70% off deal on NovaLasers.
How do I refund it? I know it hasn't been shipped yet because I haven't received a tracking number.
I've emailed them, but so far no response.

I canceled my order on monday by E-mail. I tried calling and the chat with no results, but the E-mail worked my refund just posted to my account. Now to buy a 1w laser.
