i was playing with electronics since i was a kid. the first cb radio craze in the early 70's was where i stopped playing and got serious. we still used tubes and crystals back then.
a friend and i learned about summing frequencies and were soon turning out (illegal) cb's that had channels above 23 (and then 40) and below 1.
