So I forgot to mention that in my previous post. I have a 15Watt blacklight Flashlight and the reflected light bounces on my eyes, now my eyes are aching with a stinging pain. It hurts when I look left and right. Is that from the light or from not enough sleep? It's 375nm light

Please avoid double posting and edit your original post!

That might be photokeratitis or simply eye fatigue. Talk to a doctor if it bothers you.

I would recommend seeing a doctor if it feels like anything other than tiredness. Hopefully you can tell if it is normal dry eye and tiredness or not. Try visine, if that doesn't work I'd go to a doctor. It's your eyesight.
