How can I make a XY laser show like this?

I would really love to make something like this. It really have no idea how. It just amazes me every time I see this video

I can spend probably $100-$200 making it.


I have a laptop so I can download the software on that.


But can someone please link me to how to make it and the galvos and such that I need.

Making a projector is not a straightforward task, there is lots of reading that needs to be done first

And you wont do it for $100-$200 - well at least not a very powerful or good one. I've spent over $1000 on mine, and dont have any lasers yet!
