how bright is 650nm compared to 658nm?

Just curious... im getting a 1200mW 658nm module soon and i wonder how bright that would be compared to 650nm, and if you know also compared to 638nm.
i do know if i want a nice white combo i need 1000mw of 650nm.

It's that beam brightness calculator.

It's kind of funny - without values specified, the tool creates random initial wavelengths. That also means that whenever you include the link in a forum post (to the tool in general) random values end up in the title!

I was thinking: "What kind of lasers produce 582 and 552nm light???" :D

Many sellers call their 660 products 650. I've never seen a "650nm" laser that was actually 650nm. The two products you're considering are probably the same wavelength.

Well im buying from the best module maker on the planet with diodes from opnext so i think it will be true 658nm...and i came from lasever...dont know if it is true 650nm...
