Hemlock Mike was nice enough to meter a couple of my laser diodes and here are the results!

At 300mA and 3.1 V the second laser diode got up to 203.8 mW
I was very pleased with the results. Thanks again Mike!

Did they break and the end of the curve, or was the test stopped there?

Also, are these using TEC (i know Mike does sometimes), or just in a plain aixiz?

Once I reach the knee (drop off of curve) I stop.  All you get is heat from there on.
This test was made with an Aixiz module, Glass lens and No TEC or special cooling.
I used the LPM-1 power meter with ND-8 filter for power readings.

Well, looks like these are very similar to the SenKat diodes from the first GB.

I think these are quite similar to those first LD's.

yeah Supplier. it is a very serious question which should probably just be PMed to me. The source is everything. I have a few sources so I can sell a lot.

The graphs do look strikingly similar to the original 'good' batch of sony diodes... very nice to see that as those were pretty durable.
