nope no meter. and usually the DX30's have some IR but also *usually* have an IR filter, (although its not advertised). So my point is that it might be more than 30mW on a meter b/c of a little bit of IR. I'm sure if you search around you could find some results that someone did on a DX30 as everyone has these lasers (b/c they are awesome!)
regardless the beam is really bright b/c of the 532nm light which is close to the most sensitive to the human eyes. the Sunlight (yellowish) is the most sensitive to our eyes which is like ~580nm, so it doesn't take much power to be super bright near this wavelength
