Hi everyone, I kind of made a false start by posting a review before introducing myself but here I am 
My inventory so far is a cheapo <50mW 532nm pen pointer and a SciFi 501b 445nm 2.4W. (+safety goggles)
I'm looking to either buy or build a greenie (520 or 532nm) in the 200-300mW range. I'm gonna do some reading, see if I can figure out how to build one.
I'm pretty good at soldering and I've tinkered with small electronics before so it shouldn't prove to be too difficult, but we'll see
If I run into any problems I'll be sure to consult the experts of this forum!
