help with switch

It won't load the data sheet from that Mouser page...

But if you set you DMM to check continuity (where you get a 'beep' when the probes touch), you can easily just test the contact points on the switch, to see which two legs will make a connection after the button is pressed.

i'll def figure that out like jay said set your meter to continuity and that will tell you when the circut closes i need one for my o-like build  ;D ;D ;D ;) :-? :-? :-?

Jake.... get the data sheet to load for that Switch and it will
let you know which pin is which.... The data Sheet is the Bible
for any part... ;)

Jake, as per the continuity test with the beeps, it should be the last function on the right side with the sound icon.
The switch is a DPDT switch. I'm not sure how it operates, but in one position it will be connected like the following diagram. Note that each side is individually controlled, so only where the equal signs are is where it will be connected. Each vertical line is a pin.

While in the other position it will be connected like this:

| |=|
It still would be a good idea to test with the multimeter though.

Check the schematic..
The pins in the schematic are arranged as so
| | |
1 2 3
| | |
4 5 6

Also Jake, did you ship my laser yet?

looks like  1&2  or 4&5 are the pins that make  i really do need one though  ;D :D ;) ;) :-?

With switches like that, DPCO with 2 rows of three pins, the middle of each row is common, one side is NO other side NC. You will only need to use the middle and one end of one set of three....if that makes sense ::).
