Someone know what's the power of a DVD diode ( without lens or something, JUST the laser diode power alone ) ?????
Please HELP me and thanks!!

Depends on what diode it is.... their are hundreds of them out their.... pic would help and plus where you got it from if you want a decent answer.

What speed DVD LD do you have ?? 8X -16X or 20 X ??? They will all have different power output. The lens only concentrates the power for burning.
