Help me configure my New MacBook Pro!

It all depends on how much memory you assign to the guest os.  I personally don't like running Vista with 512MB of RAM...but that's just me  

You have to allocate ram to the VM's too? So if I have 2 gigs of ram would I have to set 512MB to Vista and 1.5GB to OS X? Vista crawls at 512. If that is true I need 4GB of ram.

Don't buy a MacBook Pro. With the money you would save if you bought either of these you could put towards something like this...

I downloaded the cs4 master collection the other week. It's pretty awesome.

custom build a pc, you get way better parts for alot cheaper.

Theres plenty of sites that will build it for you, you just pick out the parts.


If your not tech savvy apple has good customer help, but if you have been on windows this long why switch now...
