Help me buy a laser for under 40$.

It's great. DONT TRY TO TAKE IT APART. The module is in there so tight you'll break the driver off trying to extract it. It's not worth it. But I have. What is great about the Core is that unlike other manufactures there is a plastic sheath around the driver that keeps it from flexing when when you press the button.

LOL! I wasn't trying to scare you. I'm new at this too. The WL core has a molded plastic piece equal to the internal diameter of the barrel that holds the circuit board in place. So that, when one depresses the on switch, the circuit board does not move.

nd then whaa it wont turn on im guessin??
and trust me im soo much more noob then you at this

btw do u live inside the US and if u do how long did it take for you to receive ur laser?

Of course it will turn on! I was just trying to account for its build quality.

I live in the US. I don't recall the shipment time as it has been over a year since I have bought one. But it was timely.

It shouldn't take long. @crazy, yeah that plastic lining thing has been happening to me too lol.
Just hold the button down while inserting the batteries, or just try not to bang the lining in while inserting them.

It's a good laser though.

thnx larry but where would i be able to buy the batteries for it and are their any rechargeable ones?

It comes with a rechargable #18650 battery.

You will need a charger, but they are inexpensive.
