Doesn't look like a bad price, but you might want to consider the size of the driver circuit parts in that picture. They're not surface mount, so you won't be making a slim pointer from it...

That type of driver will require 8-9V of battery power to operate.. ;)

Seller gives basic good information, his feedback says 2 people receivd non working Blu-rays....But we all know that some people abuse them then get narked with the seller when they die.
The price is not bad, though you could get cheaper.......

You could get those same parts cheaper from forum members in the Group Buy or Buy, Sell, Trade section, but that listing looks like an easy way to get the whole package all at once. This will save you time, so basically you're just paying for the convenience. That listing is fairly reasonable, so I'd imagine you'd be alright going for it.

hey thanks for all the replies however I have decided to buy a nice little kit from laser surplus parts.
it was only $50 and includes Driver, PHR sled, very nice host, axis module, and some wire.

BTW his PHR sleds are only $14 right now, excelent price!
