Hello all,

I am new to the laser. I am in the verge of ordering a laser projector.
Basically an electrical engineer, graduated in 2012.
Currently volunteering for a Non profit organization
Need your inputs on laser beam Vs visibility vs power

Before even thinking about buying laser (or projector) you should educate yourself in laser safety area. There are many links and topics here. Safety is the first thing you should care.

After you have some knowledge, the selection of device (and proper safety eye wear) to meet your purpose might start.

With both points you will find supporting, experienced and helpful community here. Just do not jump into lasers ordering unprepared, you might end up with inferior product in better case, in worse case you might do something stupid and irreversible due to lack of information. Laser light is awesome and fascinating, but extremely dangerous if not handled with care. There is no reason to hurry, take your time and study. If you have any questions, try google search bar on the bottom of LPF site. If you do not find answer, feel free to ask.
