Hello everyone, i am just recently getting into lasers and have been lurking around the forum for a while and decided to make an account. Looking forward to learning alot and maybe one day if im confident enough i will build my own laser. But that will come with time. Alot of info on this board and i love to read about it. I feel that 'addiction' some people are talking about

^ I have already bought an Eagle Pair 190-540 & 900-1700 OD4 for my first blue laser. But im unsure if these would protect me against a green laser. Im gunna have to look this up because i know green is 532, but im concerned about the IR

Welcome to LPF. The pair your talking about are spec'ed to protect you from 532nm so I want to say yes but I do not own a pair myself.
