I think I know what you are asking,
Is it that you dont want two posts in a row from one person? Instead, That I just add to the previous post so that there is just one. I guess this to keep the posts numbers to a minimum so the threads are not so long? I apologize, If I seem a bit slow, it is just all forums are a bit different, Just need to learn the ropes here.

Yep, Jon that's right - multiple posts in a row make it cluttered and will send notifications multiple times for those that have them set up etc - No need to apologise - and I'm sure you'll quickly pick it up!
