Hello from Canada!

Hi all
not really sure how to introduce myself but I'll have a try at it. I am from the cold cold north, drive a subaru WRX STI that I love to death and enjoy lasers. I started getting into lighting and whatnot when I was younger and soldered a bunch of LEDS into my xbox's case. Just recently I stumbled upon a laserpod which opened a whole new can of worms. I would like to figure out how to build my own laser show and think reading on this site will help me achieve that goal.

I remember one Canadian comedy sketch about how cold there is. I forgot the name of the sketch, but I remember it was making fun of the usual conversations that were basically a collection of "It's so cold...", "God, it's cold...", "Have you noticed how cold it is?", "It's very cold..."
It was great, and Canadian comedy is fun to watch, too.

You're quite north, what about the auroras? Any decent ones lately? It would be great if you could take photos such as this one.
