hello guys can anyone shed any light on this laser tube like the power output

This would be my guess, and it would be a red laser at 632.8nm

i asked this question before i got it thanks for the reply.on reading the warning label it says 8mw @ 632.8nm the laser was an easy fix good find at £40 to

Often the power labels put on these tubes doesn't actually show the actual power output. They are a maximum output among several tubes that they offered at that time.

8mw is. Really strong hene tube in those tube types. Highest I’ve ever seen p was 100mw but it was 6 feet long. Most usable was 3 foot long doing 35mw

That is a nice old HeNe tube. If it works that's a great find, working HeNe's from before 1980 (especially 1977) are rare.
