I met up with girl I met on ICQ and that lasted for about a year, she found out that I drove a corvette and her pants fell down.
I almost met up with Fp (Jeff) drove right by his house, unable to contact him since there is limited cell service in that area.

It always amazes me how girls react to Harleys, and Vetts. Back in those days both could be had for ~5k each. Which was cheap for a chick magnet. I had a 80' Vett, but the thing was a turd. After 78' they de-tuned the Vetts for emission control.

I had an 86 and it was pretty healthy, got it up to 160 mph, that girl I met had a 96 limited edition black Z28 camaro.
It is amazing how some cars and bikes make womens pants fall off, I raced moto X and pit crewed for a friend on a drag car and never had problems getting laid.

I have met up with people from the internet and sold them lasers, also just hung out and talked lasers, I've bought vehicles, got a job, hooked up with chicks, etc. I have met a crapload of people in "real life" whom I initially communicated with online. It's a great resource.
