Also, thank you for your advise regarding the FDA harrassing laser businesses. We've looked into it and even though we haven't had any problems so far, we have decided to play it safe and focus on non-US markets.

Make sure it's a green, not a blue. It's the green lasers that this forum is skeptical of.

It's not so much selling to US customers, rather selling in the US that can get you into trouble.
