I wanted to thank everyone for welcoming me to this site, I'm simply over whelmed by the amount of information provided, and how helpful everyone seems to be, I look forward to learning everything I can and with your help this first build of mine will be awesome.

Hello lightheaded, I too am light headed at times. Just read some here everyday and before you know it you will be a laser expert. It's best not to operate a laser while feeling light headed. Thanks for adding your location to your profile before your first post +rep for that. Welcome to LPF.

Thank you sir, for a lot of very useful information, so I recently purchased several lasers off e bay for comparing, modifying and so forth, could you send me in the right direction for the best power tester that can be used for now and into the future on more powerful lasers. Thx

Uh well how much do you have to spend? Laser Power Meters or LPM's cost a lot of money. There are used ones that come up cheap here from time to time. You may want to wait awhile because this site: Illumn.com - Flashlights, Batteries, Carry Gear, Intelligent LED Lighting, and More!
will soon sell a new LPM to replace the discontinued Radiant X4 and it is expected to be $200 or less. If you're in a hurry and can spend more then buy something here: https://www.laserbeelpm.com/home.html otherwise watch the B/S/T section here on LPF and see if something comes up for sale.
