They've been selling those tubes off and on ebay for a long time. Myself and several others here have bought one. In fact, it's the large tube in my avatar.

Kinda. If you offered ~$100 they'd accept it. That's what I paid at least.

Me too. I'm lucky that I can use the PSU from my green head to power it. I'm still trying to find a reasonable priced one so I have a PSU for each of my tubes.
