Does it burn anything? If so, it's probably over 100mW... If not, you're SOL :eg:

It can light matches, fireworks, burn dark plastic, but at a much smaller distance unlike my 1W blue that can do it like 4-5x the distance

seriously you need to LPM it for anyone to be able to evaluate making a purchase

test 1-- point laser on palm of hand- nothing? proceed
test 2 try your arm..
test 3 beam your cheek
test 4 can you feel it on your lip?
test 5 most good lasers will sting your tongue.
test 6 try it in your eye- but be smart-- just the white...and not for very long-- just til it stings!!
test 7 try your other (good) eye.
