... And if you never receive the item it's just theft. Doesn't matter that they say "ALL SALES FINAL".

How did you pay? You said it wasn't paypal. If it was a credit card, dispute the charge.

PM me with the email that you're trying to get a response from -- the one you're not getting a response from. I'd be curious to see if they responded o me as a "prospective" customer...
 
Those CN numbers always worked in USPS's system for me - but never on HK Post's website.

Try USPS or your local equivalent that will be delivering the package.
