Google chrome is freakin me out!!

Well, today I went to download a mp3. My max theoretical download speed is 160KB/s, BUT, the mp3 download finished in like 2 seconds, and the mp3 came out fine!!!!

I also tried downloading windows media player 11, and it was going at 500KB/s!!!!!

WTF!

Is Google chrome speeding up my downloads somehow?!?!?!!?!?
 





I love Google Chrome also, it's just that it lacks YouTube compatibility... YouTube videos randomly freeze on me and I can't pause them sometimes.
 
Erm, that same thing with youtube happens to me on my wireless LAN. It did it in FF and chrome, I dont think its chrome TBH. Hmm
 
it IS chrome that screws up youtube. the videos lag even though their fully loaded. then i get a message saying shockwave player had to shut down. doesnt happen in FF, IE, or opera. definitely a chrome issue.
 
Hmm, strange, I dont get that error in crome. My wireless screw up youtube, and always has. A video pauses, even though its fully loaded. Is that what happens you you?

yes that happens, but it will also freeze the browser as well to where i cant even stop the video so it'll stop screwing up everything. :-/

I'm using wireless, if that has to do with anything. It only glitches with Chrome.
 
i installed chrome and opera last night and to be honest chrome looks like a stripped down opera.im not a fan of opera either but i like it more than chrome. chrome also does this thing...since i have a touchpad on my laptop with a scrollbar i can scroll all the way down a page but i have to use the arrow keys to scroll back up. dunno if its happened to any1 else but im steering clear of chrome until the fix more stuff and maybe add some features.
