I'm here to learn what I can do to set up a permanent display on my property at a height or 12-15 feet.

Also looking for a rugged handheld to send my son serving in Afghanistan.

I believe in buying MADE IN THE USA!

Welcome to the forum! What part of FL are you located? What exactly do you mean by "set up a permanent display"?

Were behind Sanibel Island in SW Florida and I was thinking of attaching some mirrors at fixed points around my property and running a light show type unit to music. I have a loft above my garage that's about 15' up and thought it would be neat to set up a display for our enjoyment or when we have outdoor parties. I wouldn't want to run it all the time, but also leave the mirrors in place so I could anytime I wanted too.
