Good job survival laser!!

go with the c6 or stainless steel host from survival lasers until you get the hang of things! be sure to get good safety glasses as well. Honestly you should do as much research and video watching until you get the hang of things! The more you learn the better off you will be!!!! There are tons of threads here to read!

There's more than one way to build a laser, even with the same host there's more than one possible set of parts that can be used. You just need to become familiar with the parts and know what works together and what doesn't. Have a look at these 2 build threads for examples of how to easily build a laser with Survival Laser hosts:

Does the battery rattle around inside (18350)

No they don't, and some 18350 don't fit but most will. I use 16340. If you ever have that problem then use a rubber o-ring or some tape around the battery to make it fit better, but I have yet to have that problem.

I use the battery wraps in a few hosts where the battery tube is a little larger and the carbon/plastic spacer tubes wont fit in.
also flaminpyro will make a custom tube for you if needed!
