I am fixing to buy a 125mw laser from dragonlasers.com for 300 dollars. And I was wondering if that is a good deal.

Good deal but don't expect 125mW output. My guess would be to expect a 90-115mW laser. DL isn't known for their honesty, just their prices (well, that and their 'talk' about their honesty). Perhaps check out novalasers?

so im looking at the x125 will that one actually give me the 125mw or should i keep looking. because if i buy a 125mw laser. i want it to give me 125mw.

wait.. nevermind. there all out of stock. but the x105 is in stock. is it a really strong laser? and is there anyway to get it stronger?

Storm --

I have a DL95 - I've had it for about 6 months. I now have three power meters and you are right -- It states >95 mW. I've found that true. My DL95 puts out over 110 mW (FILTERED) using e2 cells. It's the one I carry all the time.
I'm waiting for my DL125 so I can make comparisons. Just seems lost for now :-(.

The x-105 has GOT to be good - as my X-85 kicks some serious butt !

sorry to keep posting. but which one is better and i should get

a.novalasers x-105

b.dragonlasers 125mw

They are both made by the same company - CNI. So, it should just come down to who has the power you want most ? The power difference between a 105 and a 125 is not that much - you would REALLY have to look with better eyes than mine in order to tell the difference in the beams. Check your PM's.....

thanks for your help. im leaning towards the dragonlaser. when they ship it to me. does it come with a case or anything? and uhm iwas looking at the wicked lasers dragon case or whatever. would the laser im getting fit in it?

You could also look at the BFG which is putting out anywhere between 125-150mw for $280 shipped. It's got a great duty cycle and nice power.
