They should just offload the Moon mission from NASA to the Space Force. The Space Force can prepare the needed bases and trenches for epic Lunar battle against the Chinese Space Force while NASA needs to get their darn butt moving and focus on getting the Mars Sample Return Mission done. Really we shouldn't be putting any human on Mars until we know for sure if there is or isn't any bacterial life there.

Yes I would like to see us get moving, we went from riding on the backs of horses to rocketing to the moon in 100 years, now half a century later and we haven't even gone anywhere else in our own solar system, we just haven't put the effort or resources towards it and that in part is due to our wasting money on DEI, Green and Trans nonsense as well as a lot of government theft.

I hope Trumps efforts to cut waste will allow us to put more towards worthwhile projects, like the space program.
 
Democrats and the deep state perpetrated the Russia Russia Russia hoax, two sham impeachments, political lawfare still ongoing, stealing an election followed by the disastrous Biden admin., the Jan. 6th psyop, ........ democrats have no business complaining about anything and they need to stop lying constantly, nobody is fooled anymore except your deep blue base which is still shrinking.

That is so nonspecific that one can only conclude you mean anything you disagree with. Last I looked the Blue Base is gaining more members daily.
 
I am talking about manned space craft going to ( men walking on ) other bodies ( other than Earth )
 
Save your grievances and your lies, Trump is busy cleaning up the democrats mess and nobody is fooled by the leftist narrative anymore.

Democrats attempted to seize the power of all 3 branches of government while engaging in criminal political lawfare and likely used the evolution of MK Ultra to brainwash the assassin who shot Trump, an assassin who was allowed to climb on top of a police bldg. with a rifle all while citizens were yelling HEY THERE'S A GUY UP THERE WITH A RIFLE...... but nobody did anything about it.

WTF?! You gotta be kidding! The guy who shot at Trump was a registered Republican. Biden left Trump the economy that was the envy of the world, according to the Economist. Trump ran it into the ground all by himself. And, even in the Bond Markets things were crashing even worse as people were divesting themselves of them which is not a good thing.

HE SHOT PRESIDENT TRUMP, THAT PROVES HE WASN'T A TRUMP SUPPORTER ! Duhh

Biden left Trump horrendous inflation and a devalued dollar.

The stock market is NOT the same thing as the economy and the stock market recovered half it's recent losses just yesterday, the stock market is highly speculative as well and does not set the value of our dollar.

I made a statement ( my opinion about something ) and you responded as if I had gotten something wrong, I had not, man in fact has not walked on any non Earthly worlds other than our moon thus far.
Yet you attempt to argue that your incorrect assumption about what I said is relevant and you laugh as if I don't get it....... you intentionally conflate in an attempt to make yourself look less ignorant, you fail in that endeavor.
 
I sure hope we come out on top in the end, but I think having solid competition from China will light a fire under our butts to get moving with space exploration. If nothing more it'll bring back the "we have to do this first" attitude that we had during the first space race.


Most of the golden age of space exploration was during the 50s, 60s, and 70s, when there was strong competition from Russia. Since that has gone away things have kind of stagnated.
 
Well, all the markets are in free fall again. The Dow is down more that 1060 points as tbne rest of the markets are way down as well. China is still badly placed on our tariff list.

By points the Dow has had nine of its ten worst declines while Trump was president.

My point is and was that we have sent MANY spacecraft way out in space and landed on Mars many times. When do you expect we will send men out to Jupiter, Saturn or Uranus?
 
LOL. A manned Uranus mission. 🤣 That should be reserved to dump unwanted prison inmates into Uranus as an execution method, like General Augusto Pinochet's death flights . 🤣
