The D.C. entrenched anything is likely to be politically biased, so what they say is of little to zero value, because the SCOTUS has already ruled in the past on the foreign enemies act and the US PRESIDENT has the authority to invoke it at will, it is the Presidents prerogative, not some politically motivated D.C. anything. Your political activist district judge never had the authority to override the President on this.

That's nonsense. Trump wants to send people to prisons in other coutries that they didn't come from without due process. Even the Nazis had more due process during and after WW II.
