The Federal Court said today that his ruling for yesterday about the Alien Enemies Act will be given as a writen ruling today as Trump didn't seem to believe his bench ruling.

Yeah, good luck with that. Autopens have been used for decades by the WH to sign things for the president.

You know nothing about our Constitutional Process. The Courts have the last word on what is Constitutional and what isn't.

The SCOTUS has the last word, not your political activist district judges who do not have the authority to run the country or circumvent the Presidents Constitutional power, their rulings are more of a recommendation when it comes to Trumps Constitutional power, get used to them accomplishing nothing without the SCOTUS upholding any judgements.
 
All illegal aliens should be abducted by space aliens and probed. Can you imagine? What about sending criminals to a moon colony? Oh yeah in Alien 3 that was a fact...
 
That is what I would do once the technology permits, have one colossal hyper prison on one of the far out Kuiper Belt objects. This would be like that mega prison in El Salvador but even larger, consolidating the entirety of Earth's maximum security prison population from every country. Millions of inmates would live in subterranean cells floating around in zero gravity and could be used for slave labour to mine rare ores from the far reaches of the Solar System.
 
It kinda makes sense. They basically fend for themselves. Its a natural barrier. No taxes to pay for food and guard salaries. But now that I think about it it would be barbaric. But maybe not considering what some of these criminals have done. Definitely something to think about.
 
And they could dispose of violent gang members by just dumping them into a Gas Planet as an execution method. Let them plummet to their doom into Saturn or Uranus. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

That's nonsense, Since when has any Federal Court not had the power to rule against any president? You have a unique lack of knowledge of how our laws work. :LOL:
 
Oh they can rule till the cows come home, but there is nothing in our Constitution that would allow them to force compliance from the Executive branch.

Why do some blue/democrat States such as Colorado, Michigan, NY, NJ continue to ignore the Bruen ruling ?
That was a SCOTUS ruling no less, yet they continue to advance unconstitutional law that violates the Bruen ruling and our Constitution.

Biden was not mentally fit to sign those documents, furthermore I doubt Biden even knew anything about it, however Biden did sign by hand his sons pardon, so yea....
 
Judge Boasberg, who ruled that Trump cannot use the Alien Enemies Act to deport person here depriving them of due process, is now looking to impeach the judge according to Trump. Even Justice John Roberts said that the appeals process is the correct avenue to address issues that one may disagree with.

That's nonsense! The appeals process is the only legal route to try to overturn a ruling you disagree with.

Blue states shouldn't be ignoring the Bruen ruling and there is no more appeals, the SCOTUS had the final word..... yet blue state democrats are ignoring it.

After the CIA killed JFK to protect the deep state from being exposed we got hit with the unconstitutional GCA1968, that MUST be repealed !

Looking forward to Trump releasing the JFK info.
