Bringing Manufacturing back to the US will cause Prices to increase by a Large Amount. That will then cause Inflation to increase a great deal.

Like Australia, the Cost of Labour and Materials is very expensive compared to China. Why do you think all your Companies moved manufacturing to China in the first place ?.

Eg. I can buy a quality 75 Inch Smart TV for $1000 in Australia. If that was manufactured in Australia I would not be able to afford to buy it. Labour and Materials are just to expensive here.

Putting Tariffs on imports won't fix anything. It will just increase local prices, Again increasing Inflation.

If I remember correctly the last time the US Debt Ceiling was increased was when Trump was in Power ?.

Have you ever seen a car brake rotor that was made in China. I have seen many that split in half where the disc comes off the bolt hole flang piece with just a day or two of regular use.
You might have to buy 4 of them till you find one that will run the test of time or even fit proper and still you risk being stranded on the road. Where is the value in China made parts? they don't sell for cheap either in the US.
If the US made product is way superior like it use to be people will pay.

Engine builders are wiping out cam lobes left and right during break in runs because of China made lifters and the cams themselves.
You can't be a mechanic with tools bought from Harbor Freight Tools. they will get you by for a while or in a pinch but thats about it.
Do you realize the back log of unfinished products machine shops have because China made parts not holding up as no builder wants to use them.
All the OEM parts are gone or snatched up from fear. How is that good for us?
