Hey guys...
In this great forum there are more and more users, but we are all boys...
It's possible that in the world there isn't any girl interested to lasers?
Any girlfriend, any wife... Any woman.
When I had a girlfriend, sometimes I speak with her of lasers and she appeared interested.
We have to find a way to call here one or two girl, to have also the seem of they. ;D

Then at school, at works, somewhere...

Honestly I don't have ANY IDEA why more women aren't interested in lasers, or at least why those who are haven't found this and any other similar forums. I was one of like 2, maybe 3 on LC. What's really odd is that laser machine shop that sparked my interest in lasers had quite a few women working there....in fact my direct supervisor was a woman.

So obviously there are women out there who work with lasers not only as a hobby but on a professional basis. But why they don't manifest themselves at least on the internet is something I have no answer for.
 
Most women who need a laser system tend to be researchers or grad students from my experience. My wife loves lasers...well actually the monetary benefits.
 
It's that there is a much lower chance a woman will even be on a forum than a man would... so for all we know there could be tens of thousands of woman who love lasers!!...but only a few actually go on forums...
 
my fiance is very interested in laser but more into the projector side of things.

she actually helps me build lasers sometimes. does various things including soldering.

Are we talking fellow hobbyists or just girls who think lasers are awesome?

I mean, I have several girly friends who just think my lasers are really awesome. They aren't in to the hobby or anything, but they like seeing the lasers :)
