Re: GB: Firedragon 300mW 532nm - $149

Well what have we here? A powerful cheap green with low ir and mediocre divergence? I guess I can't have it all at such a price! Count me in! :D

 I think I'm more excited for my friend, this will be his first high powered laser. He moved pretty far away so we don't see each other much and he has never gotten to play with my collection.

Ok, maybe I'm a *little* excited to get a new laser. Its been awhile...

Re: GB: Firedragon 300mW 532nm - $149

I got mine this morning and just got home from work. This is certainly one of the most heavy built lasers I have ever seen for just a medium sized host, it is almost retarded. It feels more like a weapon and the lighted power button is a nice touch. I just did a quick power test on my meter and it peaked just under 400mw with a constant of about 350mw after a bit. I have to admit this really is a nice laser for the price and beam quality is decent. I am charging up a battery right now and will post a chart run in about an hour but so far I am pretty impressed.

Could we get some night time beam shots perhaps :)?

I'll be honest, also very excited :na:

And with Helios and 3 for Boosted240, that looks like a ...magical 10 :)?

Sorry bobo99 my Camera batts are now charging but I will try to get some night shots out to ya. Here is a 90 second run using a fresh Ultra fire 3000mah cell. This laser is certainly over spec and performs better then normal.

That was fast! What about payment? How long would everybody feel comfortable waiting since members need a little bit for funds.

Re: GB: Firedragon 300mW 532nm - $149

Here's what happens next:

- I need each of your email addresses to send to Dino. Dino will send along the code directly to each of you.

- But I ask one thing. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, when you PM me your email address, title the subject of your PM "DinoDirect Groupbuy Email for [username]"

(where [username] is of course substituted for YOUR username)

The PM system isn't good at all for searching through history. I don't want to miss anyone, so please follow this subject nameing scheme. And also, don't put anything else in the PM, or ask any questions in the PM (I'm happy to answer questions in a separate PM). I just want one single PM from each person on the GB list, with their email address, so I can compile them as painlessly as possible :)

Once everyone has provided me their email address, I'll send that along to Dino to provide you guys each with your own individual code.

Re: GB: Firedragon 300mW 532nm - $149

How will it work for me? 3 separate codes, or 1 ginormous code?
